Monumental Inscription (Section C.)
1857. Erected by Marion Kerr, in memory of her husband John Taylor, died 8th September 1847 aged 54 years. Their son John Taylor, lathsplitter, Dundee, died 27th June 1855 aged 28 years. Their daughter Marion died 25th March 1839, aged 7 years. The above Marion Kerr died 7th February 1875 aged 73 years. Their youngest daughter Jane Henderson, wife of Robert Reekie, died 10th April 1895 aged 54 years. Their sons, James died 10th December 1910, aged 71 years, George died 21st January 1920, aged 86 years. Their daughters, Isabella died 28th February 1921 aged 92 years, Ann died 12th May 1921, aged 85 years.
