New Howff Plot No. 811

Monumental Inscription (Section E.)

Erected by Robert Nicoll (Cabinet Maker) in memory of his father, Robert Nicoll who died 20th March 1856 aged 47 years and of his brother, James Mitchell Nicoll who died 16th Nov. 1864 aged 23 years. Also of his brother, John Nicoll, who died 31st Dec. 1839 aged 6 weeks and is interred in the Old Burying Ground and his mother, Catherine Mitchell, who died 10th April, 1877 aged 12 years.

Note: John Nicoll was interred in plot 776-2 A in the Howff.
