Erected by Peter McIntyre (Merchant) and Elizabeth Ramsay Butchart his wife, in memory of their children Amelia Ritchie who died 8th Nov. 1845 aged 8 months William who died 20th July 1861 aged 8 months Catherine Ann born 8th Oct. 1851 died 9th April 1872 Elizabeth born 31st March, 1846 died 16th March, 1877 The above Elizabeth Ramsay Butchart born 28th Nov. 1820 died 8th Nov. 1891. The above Peter McIntyre born 12th Feb. 1816 died 18th Sept. 1896. Also their daughter, Amelia Ritchie born 18th Feb 1848 died 19th May 1929.
