Monumental Inscription (Section C.)
Erected by John Brown in memory of his spouse Ann Anderson who died 4th October 1849 aged 48 years. Also his sisters Margaret Brown who died 22nd June 1855 aged 70 years and Elizabeth Brown who died 22nd August 1856 aged 60 years. The said John Brown departed this life on the 27th September 1856 aged 78 years.
