New Howff Plot No. 1035

Monumental Inscription (Section C.)

Erected by James Small, Agent Dundee, and Matilda Ireland his spouse to mark the resting place of their son James Taws who died 12th March, 1846 aged 2 years and 8 months. ( Two of their grandchildren, James and William Langlands, died in infancy, Margaret their daughter died 10th April 1874, aged 45 years. The above Matilda Ireland died 11th February 1885 in her 85th year. The above James Small, died 26th June 1886, in his 85th year.)
