Monumental Inscription (Section E.)

James Paterson, Architect, died 18th February 1838. His wife Christian Balfour, died 12th August 1884. Their children, William died in infancy, Thomas died 25th May, 1854 Catherine died 31st October 1869, Agnes died 3rd May 1902.

Erected by Thomas Paterson in memory of his beloved Grandmother, (Christian Balfour) and Aunt Agnes. The above Thomas Paterson, Glasgow, died 19th February 1917.
